Dr. Brian Kar earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Tufts University and has been caring for smiles in the San Gabriel Valley since 2002. Over the years, he has pursued ongoing training in Invisalign®, implantology, CBCT imaging, and advanced restorative techniques. Under his leadership, the practice has grown into a multi-specialty office that offers orthodontics, pediatric care, endodontics, and periodontics in one convenient location. Dr. Kar is proud to be an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.
Now and always, Dr. Kar believes in putting people first with punctual appointments, active listening, compassionate care, and tailoring treatment to their goals. He goes above and beyond to deliver services, treatments, and procedures, educating you about your oral health condition and the steps you can take to improve it, while always giving you control over your treatment decisions.
Outside dentistry, Dr. Kar enjoys golfing, watching Lakers games, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with his wife and three children.
Dr. Sue Kim grew up in Glendale and graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles, before completing advanced orthodontic training at Loma Linda University, where she received both a certificate and a master’s degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
She is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society.
Dr. Kim values connecting with her patients and believes orthodontic care is about more than just aligning teeth – it’s about listening, educating, and building trust. She prioritizes each patient’s goals, making sure their voices are heard throughout treatment. With clear explanations and a supportive approach, she empowers patients to make informed decisions about their smiles, working closely with families to achieve long-lasting, beautiful results.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends and discovering new restaurants across the Los Angeles area.
Dr. KeunHee “Chrissy” Park is a board-certified pediatric dentist specializing in the care of infants, children, and patients with special needs. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Stanford University, where she also taught at Stanford Bing Nursery School. Inspired by her early experiences with children, she pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery at New York University, where she received multiple awards for dental research, including the Michael C. Alfano Omicron Kappa Upsilon Research Award. Dr. Park completed a general practice residency at Jacobi Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma center in the Bronx, before advancing to a pediatric dentistry residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she served as chief resident.
She is proud to be affiliated with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Park is passionate about creating positive, comfortable dental experiences that help children feel safe, engaged, and empowered. She believes that pediatric dentistry can nurture confidence, support healthy development, and provide parents with the tools they need to guide their children’s oral health journey. Her gentle, integrative approach enables young patients to thrive, making dental visits something families can look forward to.
As a mom herself, Dr. Park understands the questions and concerns parents often have about their child’s dental experience. Away from the practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new restaurants throughout the Los Angeles area.
Dr. Joseph Morcos grew up in Glendale and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California. Dr. Morcos then pursued advanced postgraduate training, completing a master’s degree in Oral Biology and a certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Periodontology at the prestigious Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston. A board-certified periodontist, Dr. Morcos holds the highest level of academic achievement recognized in his field.
Dr. Morcos is passionate about providing comprehensive periodontal care that not only restores oral health but also improves overall quality of life. He believes in treating every patient with the same level of respect, attentiveness, and care that he would give his own family. His approach combines cutting-edge science with a gentle, empathetic touch, ensuring that patients understand their treatment options and feel comfortable every step of the way.
When he isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Morcos enjoys staying active through running and outdoor activities. He especially values time spent with his wife and twin daughters, whether relaxing at home or exploring Southern California together.
Dr. Toni Li grew up in Belmont and pursued his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, where he majored in molecular biology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UCSF School of Dentistry in 2008. Driven to expand his expertise, Dr. Li completed a rigorous six-year combined Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency and MD program at the University of Pittsburgh, earning his medical degree in 2012 and finishing surgical residency in 2014. He further specialized with a fellowship in Cranio-Maxillofacial Trauma at Legacy Emmanuel Hospital in Portland, Oregon, completed in 2015. Since returning to Southern California, Dr. Li has worked in diverse clinical settings, including private practices, dental organizations, and as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for Kaiser Permanente. His broad experience allows him to manage complex surgical cases while collaborating with colleagues throughout the region.
With extensive surgical training and a deep commitment to patient well-being, Dr. Li focuses on delivering safe, precise, and compassionate care. He understands that oral surgery can feel intimidating, and he works to create a calm and supportive environment for every patient. By clearly explaining treatment options and prioritizing comfort, Dr. Li helps patients feel empowered and at ease before, during, and after their procedures. He is passionate about achieving excellent surgical outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and respect.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Li enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has a genuine curiosity for exploring new ideas, whether through books, technology, or simply learning from everyday experiences. His inquisitive nature and balanced lifestyle reflect the same dedication and thoughtfulness he brings to his patients.
