Dr. Tony Li grew up in Belmont, a beautiful city on the peninsula in Northern California. He attended UC Berkeley, where he majored in molecular biology, and later earned his dental degree from UCSF School of Dentistry in 2008.
Dr. Li continued his advanced training on the East Coast, completing a rigorous six-year integrated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency and MD program at the University of Pittsburgh. He earned his medical degree in 2012 and completed his surgical residency in 2014. To further specialize, he pursued a fellowship in Cranio-maxillofacial trauma at Legacy Emmanuel Hospital in Portland, Oregon, which he completed in 2015.
Since relocating to Southern California, Dr. Li has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including private practices, corporate dental organizations, and as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for Kaiser Permanente. He also continues to collaborate with other dental offices throughout the region.
Dr. Li is excited to bring his extensive experience and surgical expertise to InStyle Dental, where he is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and outstanding surgical outcomes. He is passionate about creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient he treats.
Outside of the office, Dr. Li enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and he has a genuine curiosity for learning about new things, whether it’s through books, technology, or everyday experiences.
